The Journey
Research
To determine the scope of upcoming tasks, our project managers proactively engage with team leads. Together, they collaboratively establish both the what and the how of our forward course of action.
Wireframing
Project managers get the grasp of the project/product: they either build mind maps or wireframes to figure out must-have features for the job. They put aside all extras and allocate time for work in each part of a UI/UX design.
Planning
Once the overall plan is ready, project managers meet with the team to precisely estimate the tasks and allocate the hours to fit the weekly design sprint.
UI/UX Design
We care a lot about smooth project management, it's our responsibility to ascertain the technical feasibility of our designs. Our PMs meticulously supervise the design process, facilitating effective interaction between designers and developers, and ensuring every detail is impeccably executed.
Handoff
Here is where the completed design takes form through development. Our project managers craft user stories, set up the Notion boards, and make certain that designers supply developers with comprehensive and clear definitions. They are also responsible for strategizing development sprints in collaboration with the developers.
Development

QA Testing

We work in sprints and the duration may alter in accordance with the scope of the project and type of the product we’re working on. We decide with our partners what’s best for their case and at the end of each sprint.
